Böheimkirchen

The market town of Böheimkirchen sits amid the beautiful rolling countryside of the Mostviertel region in Lower Austria and boasts excellent infrastructure. Located directly on the Western Railway and only minutes from the A1 motorway, the village is easy to reach by car or train from Vienna, St. Pölten and the surrounding areas.

The lively main square with the town hall, restaurants and outdoor café.

With a generous park at its heart, a main square dotted with pavement cafés and plenty of shops, Böheimkirchen is not only attractive to model aircraft pilots — it's also a lovely destination for short breaks, day trips, cycling and hiking.

The gentle hills surrounding the town offer a network of marked walking and cycling trails, including connections to the Traisental cycle route. Culinary highlights include traditional Heurigen (taverns) and country inns serving regional specialities, alongside local wine from the neighbouring communities. Culturally, Böheimkirchen rewards visitors too, from its historic centre crowned by the church visible far across the fields to its festivals and markets held throughout the year.
