Set in the peaceful countryside around Böheimkirchen / St. Pölten, the Model Aircraft Club Böheimkirchen offers a particularly beautiful model flying field with breathtaking panoramic views. Thanks to its excellent location and infrastructure, we regularly host national and international competitions including F3A, F3C and glider contests.
Our new clubhouse was built between the summer of 2013 and August 2014.
Our airfield features a unique synthetic runway as well as mains power access, so electric-powered aircraft can also take full advantage of the site. Coffee and refreshments are available for our guests, of course.
RC car fans are welcome as well: a dedicated buggy track is available to all club members.
Our model flying field can be reached via regional road L2223 between Röhrenbach and Pönning. Coming from Röhrenbach, turn left onto the dirt road just after the crest of the hill and continue for about 300 metres. The access road is signposted with airplane symbols.
